"Zack was great to work with on our new roof. He explained the material and pricing options, gave us estimates, and kept us informed about the schedule before and after the work started. He also took care of the permit, helped make sure the inspections went smoothly, and made sure that the work was being done well. The whole process went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with our new roof. We’d recommend Zack to anyone."

"Big Country Services cleaned out my gutters. During the process of scheduling, they were pleasant to work with. Their communication was top-notch. Will definitely use them again for future services."

"11/10 stars honestly! I’m a realtor and recently discovered Big Country does roof cleaning and repairs, I’ve recommended them for window washing but didn’t know about the roofing until recently. I reached out to see if they could provide a quote for a listing coming on the market, they were professional, honest and prompt in their response/quote. They were able to come out the following week to get the roof repairs and cleaning done all within one day. Amazing customer service, wonderful experience overall. They made the process easy from start to finish, and the roof looks beautiful. I will ABSOLUTELY be recommending them for all future clients!!"

"We’ve been working with Big Country for 8 years and they are always great!"

"Zack is very professional and easy to work with. Keeps in contact with you. Explains everything he is doing & makes sure you are completely satisfied before he leaves."

"I needed a roof cleaning due to moss, lichen and other dirt on there. I reached out to a couple of companies and ultimately went with Big Country Services as they seemed to have the most effective plan in place for my roof's needs. They called a couple of days ahead to confirm the date of service and also called to let me know how far away they were and what time they'd show up day of as well which is helpful. They kept in contact with me throughout the day, cleaned the roof as well as the sides of the house and windows. Ultimately, they exceeded my expectations and I would definitely utilize their services again for roof cleaning and if I need any other roof services."

"Very responsive. Quality work. Big Country really cares about their customers."

"Prompt, friendly service! Zach was very realistic in his evaluation of our window cleaning project and gave good insights to help us understand the issues. Efficient and tidy service. I'd highly recommend them! Reasonable prices below other quotes."

Roof now looks great. Plan to have Big Country replace all gutters when they need it. Definitely recommend Zack and Big Country Svcs."

"When we started looking to replace our wood shake roof, we weren't necessarily looking for the lowest price, we were also looking for a solid, reliable company and good customer service. Big Country Services delivered both. After getting 7 quotes, we chose Big Country and are so glad we did. Zac met with us in person and explained how everything would work, step by step. He remained in communication with us daily as the job progressed and kept us updated on what was happening and what to expect. There were no surprises and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the tear-off. As part of the process we had several solar tubes installed by Big Country before the new roof went on and we couldn't be happier with them, or with our new roof. We highly recommend this company!"

"Big Country has done my window cleaning for years. Couple of years ago they did a great job cleaning my tile roof also. Explaining they were only going to.charge for the north half of roof because south side was pretty moss free. Honest, personable and efficient. Highly recommend."

"Big Country Services cleaned the interior and exterior of all of the windows and glass patio doors of my house. Even had them do the large mirrors in the bathrooms, which is a job I dislike doing. The windows (and mirrors) look great and I am satisfied with how they turned out. The price is so reasonable for the awesome service that you get. The service team was thorough and professional, as well as friendly and fun. They also pointed out that we needed a window replacement (broken seal), explaining that we should check on warranty work. I highly recommend this company. We are a repeat customer and will be calling them again! Peggy and Pete"

"Zach was extremely helpful and awesome to work with. Pricing was fair. Recommend for sure!"

"I didn’t realize how dirty my windows were until now. They look amazing. They were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend."

"We have been working with Zack and Trevor with Big Country Services for years and they are consistently timely, professional, and provide great customer service. They have performed gutter and window cleaning services for us. Most recently we engaged Big Country to replace several long gutter runs above our garage. As usual, Zack, Trevor, and crew were onsite on time and spent the entire day (Saturday!!) removing the old gutters and down spouts, installing and painting the new ones, and inspecting/evaluating all the related wood surfaces. The new gutters and down spouts look great and the paint is a perfect match. In completing this installation, Big Country had to work around our solar panels and even took the time to relocated our satellite TV cable that had previously been laying in the old gutter -- now neatly tucked behind the fascia board where it should have been originally. This is the Big Country style, do the little things to help out the customer!! As with all the work Big Country has done for us, the work on this project was of high quality and thorough. I strongly recommend Big Country Services."

"After contacting them, they got right back to me with pricing and schedule information within 24 hours. I scheduled services and they contacted me the day before to make sure we were all good to go. They showed up on-time and performed a quick review of the requested services and provided a quote within a few minutes. Tyler spent 2 hours cleaning my windows inside and out and they look immaculate!!! Their rate was extremely reasonable compared to others. I will definitely be using them again and I will be referring them to friends!"

"The two workers were pleasant, efficient, and thorough. No more dirt and grime on the windows. Well worth the price quoted. I am now on a quarterly window maintenance program. Thankful for a company that does what it promises."

"We recently had a total roof replacement with new gutters, downspouts leaf guards etc. performed by Big Country Services. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work and the look of the finished project. Zack was outstanding. I have never worked with a contractor that communicated so well on a daily basis on the progress and any updates. He really went the extra mile to make sure we were totally satisfied, and was very detail oriented throughout the experience. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. The crew was great and did a really good job of cleaning up the job site every day. I would definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs."

"First of all I have to say, my husband is 69 years old and has never had anybody clean his windows. He is a perfectionist and has it's always been his pride and joy. Needless to say I was a little bit nervous having someone come in. Zack and his crew came in and did an amazing job the windows look beautiful. They were so professional and quiet and amazing and we are totally happy with them and would thoroughly recommend them."

"Zack, and his team from Big Country, just finished cleaning our windows! WOW! Highly recommend. They were prompt, thorough and put everything back in place. I’m fairly picky about how the window tracks are cleaned and the tracks look like new. With all the smoke in the air the screens were filthy and they made sure all screens were thoroughly cleaned. I’ll be using Big Country again! -- Kellie V"

"Great service, timely and a great price, unheard of with today's service contractors...but Big County delivered. Big Country provided a very simple per window price that turned out to be a great price to clean over 35+ windows, to include inside and out, screens, tracks, everything...on a 2 story house. I was a little concerned doing everything through email/txt, but when the team showed up as agreed, they were great. They conducted a quick window count, gave me a price I was very happy with and they went to town. The guys were very friendly and informative, telling me in advance what they wouldn't be able to get sparking clean (between pane fog marks, some water spots), so there were no surprises or disappointments. They even reduced the price at payment time because I told them not to worry about the interior of the garage windows. Really liked the work ethic and communication with this crew. Next up... Concrete cleaning....I'll be calling Big Country for sure!!!"

"Want a company that stands behind their word and products? Look no further! Big Country Services installed gutter guards on our home. We were impressed at how quickly and well the job was done. We were also told there was a no clog guaranty. Just shy of one month after install we had a big storm that dumped lots of hail which caused my Japanese Maple to shed all its spring debris at once, clogging my gutters at the top. I called Big Country Services and they had one of their guys come out and clear them off, no questions, no charge. I realize there is regular maintenance but this was less than a month so i was happy that they stood behind their guaranty . These guys were great. Nice, respectful, honest and hard working.
